Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

Items will be delivered with a one person courier, delivering to your door. The driver may require assistance at the delivery end when the items are quite heavy. If you are unable to assist or organise assistance, please contact us for options.

Delivery Time

Our furniture is warehoused overseas and shipped direct to you once ordered.  We have shrunk the supply-chain for savings that we pass on to you and our agents around Australia.  Delivery time depends on the furniture ordered.  Some items may have longer delivery times and will be detailed in the product description. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order and contact you prior to delivery.

Once goods are received, it is your responsibility to check that they have been received in good condition before you sign for the delivery.

Returns Policy

Products can be returned due to manufacturing fault(s) within 7 days of receiving the goods.  We can organise the collection of the goods.  Goods must be returned in their original packaging.

Damaged / Faulty products

In the unlikely event your orders arrive damaged or faulty please email a photo of the goods in their packaging to sales@citysidefurniture.com.au.

Out of Stock

Should an order or part of an order be found to be out of stock or undeliverable for any reason, you will be contacted immediately and provided with an estimated time frame to fill the order.  Should you wish to cancel the order at this stage you will be provided with a full refund for the total order.

Should we be unable to contact you and the order cannot be filled within 14 days we will automatically refund you for the total amount of the order.

Partial shipments will not be sent without direct instruction from you.
